Sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I think of of random and ridiculous things to pull myself up. Cheesy jokes and puns work, but I prefer imagery - in my mind imagery. Like, for example, I will think of an animal and then think of its main disability or handicap and then think of situations that could be embarrassing for that animal. This works for people, too, but I tend not to think of people in any ill-wishing sort of way - not even my ex, who is as mean as ventriloquist puppets are creepy. Today, I was a bit irritable, so I chose to pick on T-Rex.
T-Rex is always an easy and amusing target. Just think of him trying to clap his hands or put on a cardigan or something. You're smiling aren't you? See it works. Now, place him in activities that might be awkward.
T-Rex doing push-ups.
T-Rex brushing his teeth.
T-Rex on the rowing team.
T-Rex playing baseball.
T-Rex on the dance floor at your wedding when YMCA starts playing.
T-Rex trying to wipe after doing his business.
T-Rex putting on a hat.
T-Rex playing darts.
T-Rex making a snow angel.
Thinking of poor T-Rex in any of these situations will make me so much happier. What was the point of those silly little arms anyway!?

About Me
- Theresa
- I live in a world that includes diseased unicorns and fairies. I have a wealth of cynicism and good looks. I enjoy rainy days and long walks on polluted beaches. I can find the ridiculousness in most situations, especially anything involving my children.
